BIO
Bio

Summary. I hold an MBA and a BFA. I am a seasoned enrollment leader with over 8 years of experience working with traditional and non-traditional, domestic and international, undergraduate and graduate students in online, campus-based, and blended programs. Most recently, I launched a non-profit regionnally accredited campus as a start up. I have expertise in building relationships (I've been told I'm a pit bull with charm), consultative sales, coaching enrollment teams, and leveraging CRM capabilities.  I am recognized consistently for leadership, establishing and forecasting educational plans and outcomes,  achieving enrollment benchmarks, and implementing a proactive, service-focused and relationship-building appoach to recruitment.

During and after college, I worked in the film/entertainment industry at production companies like Jerry Bruckheimer Films and The Kennedy/Marshall Company. I had some awesome experiences including attending the Academy Awards, Cannes Film Festival, and Telluride Film Festival.   Following graduate school, I worked on Direct Response TV (DRTV) campaigns for world class Procter and Gamble brands (Mr. Clean, Crest White Strips).

Currently. My position and department at TCS Education System moved to CA, and I was offered a relocation package. I opted to seek a new opportunity. I sincerely enjoyed my time at TCSES, and my colleagues are graciously supporting me during this time of transition.  I have been consulting while I seek my next opportunity (projects include consulting with institutions to increase enrollment and retention and working with higher education recruitment and marketing firms on wining business).

Future. On a professional level, I would like to have more experience leading larger recruitment teams,  and/or consulting with organizations on best practices to increase enrollment, yield, and retention.  On a personal level, I would hope I have traveled to few more countries, adopted another dog, and deepened my yoga practice.

❖  I don't manage people, I coach them.

❖  I challenge the status quo. I always look for ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and results.

❖  I do not hear the word "no."  "No" is simply an opportunity for redirection.

❖  I am a cheerleader.  Whether it is a student who lacks self-confidence and has apprehension about college or an employee who might be in a  rut, I encourage and motivate them to achieve their goals.
