I am a recruitment and sales guru who is passionate about building relationships and training and leading teams to reach their full potential. Througout my career, I have worked in recruitment, sales, training, and marketing across multiple industries (higher education admissions, technology, media, advertising agencies).  Most recently, I launched a non-profit regionally accredited online campus as a start-up.  I led my team to grow online enrollment to over 36% of total enrollment in just 4 years.  I am skilled in implementing a proactive, service-based, and relationship-building approach to recruitment. 

In my free time, I can be found: traveling, at the dog park with my Maltese Bliss, fundraising for and volunteering at animal shelters, in a movie theater, on a boat on Lake Leelanau (Say Yes to Michigan!), taking pictures, with my nose in a book (my Kindle is almost always with me), practicing yoga, swimming, laughing, telling stores, and counting down the days until Spring Forward.  

I love long summer days, sunshine, and truly believe life is better in flip flops.
